Project positioning:

As the product of Taihe Group, the designer hopes to inherit the essence of taihe courtyard products in the past, combine the beautiful scenery of three mountains and one river in Fuzhou, the exquisite lacquer painting, and use the color of Fu Orange and the royal blue to create a modern, delicate and livable Chinese villa courtyard living space. 

 

Artistic Conception of space:

In the name of Fu Cheng, the beauty of Chinese style is depicted.

Seven Min landscape more clever, four - year - old child prodigy out of the peak. A clean bill of health is passed down through the family.

-- This poem, bestowed on CAI Boxi by the True Emperor of the Northern Song Dynasty, highly summarizes the picturesque scenery of Fuzhou.

 

Space layout:

He courtyard villa, a total of six floors of space, layers clear, reasonable functional layout, a villa luxury momentum.

Four floors above ground, two floors underground courtyard villa: the first floor receive visitors, tea room, two old people room, children room, three floors master bedroom, master men, women's cloakroom, master bathroom, four floors master study. The first floor underground dining room, bar, Chinese and Western kitchen, the second floor underground hostess flower room, garage.

Each floor tells its own unique property story independently, which brings out the best in each other with the host. Fucheng landscape and orange color are expressed incisively and vividly with modern and exquisite design language, which points out the name of Fucheng again and tells the design concept of Chinese beauty.
